At the heart of what we offer is our DURASEAL range of kits.
Bringing together the best of silicone self-amalgamating tape (SSAT) technology, with the strength and convenience of a composite encasing, to deliver long-lasting pipeline repair.
The SSAT that we use in all our kits is called DURATAPE. This high-grade self-fusing tape has proven longevity in both the lab and the field.
As the quality of a DURASEAL repair depends on the skill of the user, ENDURATEC also offers a training and certification service.
This is a new concept which we are moving towards full commercial readiness.
Our current focus is the use of DURASEAL within the UK's gas distribution networks.

Keep the water flowing - keep the pipe clean. Stop the water, and the vacuum created by down stream flow, results in contamination. DURASEAL can repair a live leak. Zero interruption repairs: A simple solution that keeps pipes flowing and clean, reducing costs while improving service to customers.
Used to fully restore cables that have been damaged through rope abrasion. With the installation of new fibre optic networks, copper cables are often damaged. Using DURASEAL is a heat free solution that is water tight, and has a low profile (ideal for trunking). It's hydrocarbon resistant, so oil refineries can easily repair fire damaged cables.
Air is used on large cables to keep out moisture. However, too many leaks, and water will still get in. DURASEAL is used to fully repair any type of cable.
Medium voltage cables used to power ships in dock or drilling equipment can be damaged by abrasion. Keep equipment operational with DURASEAL. With a 64,000 volts dialectic strength, and long life, DURASEAL is the best repair method available.
DURASEAL seals up to 60 bar pressure. The expected life is more than the pipework. Maintenance engineers using DURASEAL, can repair most small leaks, keeping the system live and operational.
